I was born and raised in Indiana. My path into this work started when I interviewed for a high-profile live-in nanny position — two weeks later, I'd packed up and moved, and I haven't looked back since.
I hold a degree in Elementary Education and completed my student teaching in Italy. For over five years, I've worked inside high-profile and high-net-worth households, where anticipating needs and working with complete discretion wasn't optional — it was the job.

How Empower came to be
For over 5 years, I’ve worked with high-profile and high-net-worth families, building trusted relationships with clients nationwide. My background began as a nanny, where I learned the importance of maintaining high standards while working with complete discretion and professionalism. In these environments, anticipating needs and providing seamless support was essential.
While my role focused on childcare, I naturally became involved in supporting the household as well—helping with family laundry, creating organized systems, and solving day-to-day logistical challenges to keep things running smoothly.
I also began assisting with travel planning, including researching cities, finding Airbnbs, and organizing activities and itineraries. Through this process, I discovered how much I enjoyed the planning, organization, and problem-solving that helped make life easier for busy families.
Those experiences ultimately led to the creation of Empower—built on the idea that the right support can save time, reduce stress, and help people focus on what matters most to them.
